Bills Included
All bills are included as part of your agreement so there's no need to worry about chasing your housemates each month for their share of the utilities. It also means keeping things simple with only one monthly payment that you need to budget for when it comes to your accommodation.
Fast WiFi
Working from home is no longer the exception it once was, which is why we understand that having reliable high speed internet access during office hours is crucial for the modern worker. All our homes are fitted with high speed wireless internet throughout, ensuring all your devices remain connected during those all-important team video calls.
Cleaning
The last thing you want after a long day at the office is to be cleaning the communal areas of your home, or have a housemate give another half-hearted attempt so you have to double up when it's your turn. All our houses have the communal areas cleaned every 2 weeks by professional cleaners. This includes any bathrooms, kitchens, stairways and living rooms.
Maintenance
If you discover a maintenance issue within your home, our team are always on hand to make sure it's dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Just contact your dedicated property manager and they'll ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
Fully Furnished
We understand that finding the perfect house, housemates and bedroom can often be a stressful experience. That why all our properties come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just one less thing to worry about when you find your next room with us.
