What We Offer
Guaranteed Rent
No more void periods. Ever. During the 3-5 year contract we guarantee that the rental income is always paid directly into your account each month. We essentially become your tenants, taking care of all the management responsibilities.
We find the perfect tenants
We find the perfect tenants for your property by ensuring they meet certain criteria that we ourselves as landlords have used for many years to successfully place the right tenants in the right properties. We complete full background checks which includes employment and rental history, credit checks and any criminal history. We then deal directly with the tenants and any queries they may have is resolved by our team.
We pay all the utility bills
If you don’t shop around regularly for the best deals you'll be paying more than you have to for your utility bills. Save yourself the time from comparing the comparison sites by allowing us to manage all the bills, which is included as part of our contract with you.
No more tenant maintenance calls!
We will take care of all maintenance issues that may arise, on your behalf. For minor work we will resolve the issues for you using a trusted team of professionals and will always provide receipts for your tax records. For larger jobs, we will work with you to determine the best course of action and then manage the work if required.
Cleaning
We provide a fortnightly cleaning service for all communal areas, including bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms. As we need to be able to fill rooms quickly when tenants move on, we are highly incentivised to maintain the property to a high standard.
