Like you, our goal is to satisfy the landlord, to keep the property in mint condition, to take care of their investment, and to ensure that the property provides the highest standard of living accommodation to all residents. Unlike high street estate agents, we regularly invest our own money in refurbishing landlord's properties and therefore only deal in small volumes to provide a boutique service.

We work with a large number of letting agents throughout the UK including large letting agents such as Connell’s, Martin & Co, and Taylors as well as many more independent letting agents to provide high-quality, long-term accommodation for our corporate and professional clients. Generally, our clients are looking for long-term agreements of 3, 4, or 5 years and during this term, we can fully guarantee that there will be no missed payments to you or your landlord. This will keep your landlord very happy!

 

We do not charge you any fees, in fact, you keep all of your normal fees such as tenant find fees, admin fees, reference fees, ongoing management fees, and maintenance fees. We work with you and not in competition with you!

And if you refer us to one of your tenant-find-only landlords that we go on to work with, we'll pay you a finders fee for each contract we sign.

Our corporate and professional clients are looking for properties that would be suitable for 2 or more individuals. The residents really only use the property from 6 am-8 am for breakfast, and 6.30 pm-10.30 pm for dinner and sleep. They are the perfect tenants, no pets, no smoking, and no children. The wear and tear on your landlord's house will be at an absolute minimum!
